CELEBRATE CERTIFICATE

When you achieve a goal, it's time to celebrate!

You've worked hard and achieved
an important goal. Now it's time to celebrate! Every achievement deserves to be marked. Sometimes you get external rewards and recognition. Other times, it's important just to stop for a moment and congratulate yourself. No one knows better than you do all the work you put into making your dream a reality. So, you're the best person to congratulate yourself!

Celebrate Certificate

The Celebrate Certificate is also great for marking the end of the school year, and a way to make personal connections to the themes in the bestseller Dream by Susan V. Bosak.

Fill in your name, date, and the goal you've achieved. Maybe it's graduating from your school grade, maybe it's making the basketball team, maybe it's getting a good grade in your most difficult subject.

On the other lines on the sheet, write out the steps you took to achieving your goal (e.g. studying harder, getting extra help, doing extra credit work), highlights/memories from working toward the goal (e.g. the test for which you got an "A", the date you made the team), and/or words to describe how you feel about reaching the goal (e.g. proud, happy, confident).

Color in the certificate and display it proudly!
